Digital Products, Licensing & Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Products sold as digital downloads are provided electronically. No physical product is shipped unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

Standard license

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the files for their own individual work or within one company/location. Files may be customized for internal use. The original files, modified files or substantially similar copies may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed or offered as competing templates or downloads.

Technical use

Jordan Fabrication & Inspection Co. products are documentation, training and workflow aids. They do not independently establish compliance with AWS, ASME, API or any other code or standard. Users are responsible for applying the governing code edition, contract, project specification, drawing, approved WPS, employer requirements and qualified technical judgment.

Digital-product refunds

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery except where required by law or when a file is materially defective or not the product described. If you experience a file problem, contact the store so the issue can be reviewed and a corrected file can be provided when appropriate.

Enterprise use

Organizations needing broader multi-location, redistribution or enterprise rights should request an expanded license before distributing files beyond the standard license.
