Are these physical products?

No. Products identified as digital downloads are electronic files such as Excel workbooks, editable documents and PDF references.

Can I edit the templates?

Are the templates automatically AWS or ASME compliant?

No generic template can determine compliance by itself. The governing code edition, project specification, contract, drawings, approved WPS and other controlling requirements must be applied by qualified personnel.
